Butcher Salt offers full service food and cocktail catering options to enhance your guest’s experience. The women behind Butcher Salt have been working with clients and serving guests for over 30 years and have put together a unique brand of hospitality with amazing food.

Our catering division includes a variety of menus with our guests favorite appetizers, grazing tables, plated or buffet dinners, drinks, desserts and everything in between. We have liquor packages for every budget, from a full or cash bar to a combination of the two.

Our food trucks Rosie and Marj offer an American fare menu with a variety that is sure to please. Fantastic eats, quick service, and our professional on-time team will make your event even more memorable.

steak knifes are served with the entrée as seating charts occasionally have last minute changes.

Water Service

priced at $2.75/per person. we stock 220 quantity for our standard clear glass water glasses. Water glasses are filled and placed prior to seating, additionally we provide water carafes for each table as well as refilling throughout the dinner service.

we find that ice in the glasses makes for a sweaty/damp table setting - and it’s not great for your photos. please let us know if you would like us to add Ice to the carafes of water.

Interested in renting out our award-winning taproom? While we don’t do “buyouts” of our space during normal public hours, we’d be happy to host you fancy folks at any point on a Sunday!
